Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags).

You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs after 2~3mm processing days after returned items arrived.

We do accept returns on items purchased at Fixed Price and Auctions that are purchased for $10 or more

Paypal is the best and only acceptable payment option for buying our products.

Simple click the "Buy it now" button for the fixed price product for purchasing.

Simply click the "Pay Now" button at the top of your ended auction to submit a secure

payment through the eBay Checkout System. We require payment within 14 days of auction end.

We provide FREE Standard shipping method with tracking number for all products you purchased unless notified otherwise.

For some rare occasions, mail will be shipped without tracking number depending upon the products and regions.

Customer can choose shipping methods for items if shipping options are available.

We recommend you to choose either EMS (Expedited mail) or Fedex for quick delivery with safety.

Please check the price and availability to our customer service for EMS and Fedex service.

Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within five business days depending upon the product.

Import duties & taxes are not included in item price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility

Check with your country's customs office to determine import costs prior to bidding / buying.

Government regulations may prohibit marking merchandise below value or marking items as "gifts".
